- 1. All orders must be returned with 7 days from the date you purchase. We allow refunds within 7 days without any reasons.
- 2. All hair must be in its original, the hair is not used, damaged, colored with the original packagings.
- 3. For the returns, you have to contact customer service to obtain the detailed address. Your money will be sent back immediately once we received the returned package. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost.
